A voucher's active period depends on the package you choose. For example, a daily package is active for 24 hours from your first login, a weekly one for 7 days, and so on. The exact duration is shown on each package card.

Each voucher can only be used on one device at a time. To switch devices, log out from the active one first, then log in on the new device.

Note down or screenshot your voucher right after buying! But if you forget, chat us on WhatsApp with your Order ID or the phone number used to pay, and we'll help you find it.

We accept various methods via Midtrans: QRIS, GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, Virtual Account transfer (BNI, BRI, Mandiri, Permata), and credit/debit cards.

First, try moving closer to the router/access point, or restart your connection. If it's still slow, your package may be nearing its speed limit. Chat us to confirm.

Our system issues the voucher automatically within a few seconds after payment is confirmed. If it doesn't appear within a minute, the system will show an Order ID for you to send to our WhatsApp — we'll issue the voucher manually.

Yes. If the voucher can't be issued by the system or manually by our team, we'll refund your payment via Midtrans within 1-3 business days.
